Is this a Fractional COO or Integrator role?
We design a role that is 100% of the Integrator-COO necessary for your company. Generally, small and sometimes medium-sized businesses don’t need a “full-time” Integrator-COO . We focus on only doing the Integrator-COO level work and delegating and elevating others on the team.
We are much more affordable since we are 100% utilized. You benefit from our combined experience, network, and community of practitioners and experts. We provide access to multiple COO /Second-in-command/Integrators for significantly less than a full-time Operations Executive.
We like to keep things simple and not re-invent things (too costly). We leverage tried and trusted tools to help move your business forward and achieve your goals. With all of our experience, we also have a variety of tools that we can deploy to solve specific acute issues.
If you don’t use EOS®, we can still help. We know the power of EOS® and would walk through your challenges to determine if EOS™ would help you reach your goals. We focus on Outcomes and getting to those outcomes with velocity, taking the easiest and shortest path to get there.
Absolutely. The relationship between a Visionary and an Integrator is personal. We build long-term relationships no different than a traditional C-Suite executive. A benefit to working with us is you will meet our other Integrator-COO and have direct or indirect access to anything you need.
We take full accountability for the Integrator-COO seat, including the P&L and overall team performance. Our responsibilities include executing the business plan, leading and managing the leadership team, integrating all business functions, resolving issues, ensuring adherence to core processes, aligning values, collaborating closely with the Visionary, and maintaining effective communication across the organization.
